Best Chilli in London : Cowboy Cottage Pie (Creole Inspired Cuisine)

As I was browsing the net for some more great London food I came across Cowboy Cottage Pie in Camden, NW London. When I saw the menu of New Orleans food mixed with British beef I had to find out more.



Cowboy Cottage Pie was founded by a lovely lady called Sarah in 2012. She moved to New Orleans where she learn't about creole cooking. She came back to London working in the finance sector in the City. One day she had enough of not doing what she loved and packed it all in and started Cowboy Cottage Pie. 

Her signature dish is her take on traditional beef chilli, served with sweet potato mash and cornbread dippers. Her homemade Jack Daniel's sauce and tortillas are to die for and the salsa is perfect for a summer day. 

I had so much fun filming this video and Sarah is such a nice person, her passion and personality shines through her amazing food. Her story should inspire anyone who wants to follow their dream, whatever it is.
