Healthy Post-Workout Tuna and Sweetcorn Salad

Ingredients:
1 can of tuna
1 can of sweetcorn
Tortilla Chips
Mixed Salad
Paprika
Black Pepper
Open can of tuna ( in brine) drain most of the brine leave enough that tuna is still moist
Place tuna in hot frying pan. There is no need to add oil to this recipe.
Add teaspoon of paprika and a sprinkle of black pepper
Fry ingredients for 3 mins until the brine reduces
Add handful of sweetcorn fry for another 2 mins
Serve with mixed salad and handful of tortilla chips
